The explanation of "Frustration "??
Recently I have gone about the preparation for the conference.
And now, I am wondering what is the concept "frustration " itself........?? Good grief.
At first, I unexpectedly brood over the explanation of "frustration " , for I should tell about "frustration on triangular lattice spin system " briefly and succinctly.
Speaking of "Ising model " , it's very to explain, however if Heisenberg model, which is stable as 120 degree structure as the ground state ?
"Frustrated system " is generated by comparable interactions.
If a interaction energy becomes the lowest, the others become higher.
Because there are many lowest potential energy states, the system cannot become a stable state, that is, lowest potential energy state.
Therefore, the system try to become a more stable state, whose entropy is higher, that is, Free energy is lower, not single ground state.
There is "Frustration " not only in Ising model system, but also in many other systems.
Oh, good grief,
How can I explain "frustration " succinctly and appropriately ?
