第67χ 国Ψ女性デー2019
Oh dear,
yesterday, 8th March is IWD(International Women's Day),
then I write something that I had actually felt about bias or discrimination towards “female” competing with a recent episode, oh good grief.
( cf. several recent updates,
“At the recent meeting with a researcher who study basic theory of quantum physics with mathematical or logical ‘rigorous demonstrations” )
He surely admonished me that MARRIAGE could be irreconcilable as a career of researcher of mathematical physics.
Of course I recognize his words, so that,
“Post-doc problem” is extremely serious and harsh in this academic field, however as itself I received so positively just because I thought he was far from biased thinking about marriage of female, not as “conventional” in old world, oh god grief.
Actually I have “observed” biased people by extremely ridiculous and conventional thinking about marriage and the life plan of females,
and they seemed to give unpleasant and biased comments about my academic career(higher education, research field, etc) and so on, oh my god.
やれやれ、
そういえば、もう昨日だが、3/8は「国Ψ女性デー」であり（Ψ三だが、かつては確かに女性差別がきつかったらしいが、現Ψは、性に関する偏見・差別・不自由さ全般を問題にすべきだろう…）
私も心身ともに女性らしいので、Ψ近のエピソードも引き出して、コメントしておこう。
（Ψ三だが、数理物理学の研究者との面χの話である、やれやれ。）
数理物理学、特に量子力学の基礎に関する分野は、「ポスドク問題」が極めて酷い、【結婚】を計画するなら、相容れないのでこの分野の研究者は辞めた方が良い、と仰った話である。
結婚は一例であり、彼が一番伝えたいのは、
「ここは、ポスドク問題がΨ悪なレベルで深刻な分野だ」
という意図はわかる…しかし、私は、この結婚に関するコメント自体には、むしろ良い印象を持ったのである、やれやれ。
国内で一昔前は、結婚に関して、女性に対する偏見・差別が酷かったようで、
かなり年齢が上の人々は、平気で私に結婚やキャリアに関して偏見のあるコメントをしてきたように思う、やれやれ。
しかし、彼は（かなり年上のベテラン研究者である）心身が共に女性である私に対して、全く偏見差別は無く、以上のようなコメントをされたからである、やれやれ。
実Ψ、結婚とか女性のキャリア（高等教育や研究者を続けることなど）に関して、死ぬほどバカバカしく偏見・差別的なコメントはΨ三、私が「観測」してきたわけで、中には身内からのものもあったので、彼の言葉がポジティブに残るらしい、
やれやれ。

それにしても、どうも私は彼が少し好きらしく、彼らの分野はやはり大好きであり、研究χに出席するのが楽しみで嬉しくて仕方ない‼️
という感じである、やれやれ。
しかし、同時に、「可積分系」もやはり大好きで、可積分系の彼を「かなり尊敬」しており、今度新たに出会う可積分系の研究者らとの面χも期待大なのである、
私も数理物理学の「輝く未来を抱きしめよう‼️」かー
