被雇用者の条件

大手企業の採用責任者が見ているのは、その学生が「興味の持てない仕事、裁量権のない仕事、希望していない地域での勤務」を命じられても、
組織のなかで縁の下のちから持ちの役割を果たせるかどうかなのです。


やれやれ、
被雇用者になるのが合わない、と
ここにも書いてある。


私は、
上司（雇用側）に従順に従い、
望まない状況下におかれ
興味のないことに対して
努力をすることは、
ほんのわずかでも
決して出来ない‼️
他者に
興味のないことに努力するように
強いられるならば、
【生きていない方がマシである。】



起業家の方や個人事業主の方は
社会不適合で発達障害がある
友人（起業家）を非常に面白がり
尊重すると
聞いた。



そして、
私も彼と似たような性質があるので、
普通に被雇用者になるのは
不可能だろう。

It’s just true to me!

I CANNOT be obedient to employee and do my best under the condition which is not fit to me !

I can NEVER make an effort to do something I cannot get interested in,
oh my god!

If I am forced to do make an effort for
something trivial for me
by other people,
I would rather die before I would be so obedient to other people.

My friend, who has started his own business and be misfit to the society because of some mental retardation
is highly evaluated by some entrepreneurs.

And I seem to be similar to the friend.
